10-4 Logistics USA seeks full-time CDL A drivers for a dedicated Eastern Mid‑Atlantic fleet. This position provides consistent routes, weekly home time, predictable freight, and full-time employment benefits in a professional, safety‑focused environment.
- Job details
- Dedicated routes through NC, VA, MD, PA, DE and DC
- All no‑touch dry van freight; most loads are one‑stop
- Average: approximately 10 loads per work week
- Primarily night-time driving
- Office staff and maintenance team on site
- Weekly home time (typically up to 2 days)
- Assigned late‑model tractors (2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth)
- Primary duties
- Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations
- Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries to meet on‑time performance expectations
- Perform and record pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections; submit DVIRs and trip reports
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and other required documentation
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and maintenance staff
- Adhere to company safety policies and promote on‑time, damage‑free deliveries
- Compensation and benefits
- Average weekly pay: $1,400–$1,600 (direct deposit)
- Detention pay: $21 per hour

- Minimum qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A)
- Minimum of 3 months of verifiable tractor‑trailer experience within the past year

- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Professional attitude toward customers, dispatch, and colleagues
- Proven commitment to safety and experience driving at night
