We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer with a strong focus on Java to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega solutions while leveraging Java expertise to enhance system functionality. This role requires a deep understanding of Pega systems and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Pega applications to meet business requirements.
- Integrate Pega systems with Java-based applications and frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of Pega solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Pega applications.
- Maintain documentation and adhere to best practices in development.
- Proven experience as a Pega Developer with a focus on Java integration.
- Strong knowledge of Pega systems and frameworks.
- Proficiency in Java programming and related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay Range: $50 - $56
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
