Position Overview: Trainer & Floater

We are hiring motivated individuals for part-time. This role involves physically demanding tasks, including cleaning, filling in where needed, and supporting the training of new team members to ensure service quality and consistency.

Job Details:

• Part-Time
• Service Areas: Charlotte, Mooresville, Huntersville, Cornelius, Denver

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time and ready to work
• Greet clients with professionalism and courtesy
• Clean assigned homes/offices thoroughly and efficiently
• Follow our top-to-bottom, left-to-right cleaning system
• Track and manage keys and assignments responsibly
• Use GPS to navigate to jobs
• Log shift details accurately in our app
• Communicate promptly with the office about any issues
• Deliver any client notes to the office
• Walk through each space after completing the job
• Help maintain Spotless Cleanings high standards
• Other tasks as needed
• Laundry - Spotless provides clothing detergent
