Industrial Maintenance Technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.00 to $21.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 04:00pm to 02:00am )
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on conveyor systems and metal processing equipment.
- Maintain facility equipment including greasing bearings, replacing belts, and completing routine mechanical repairs.
- Diagnose equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
- Assist with general yard organization and facility upkeep.
- Follow and promote safety guidelines while assisting with safety training when needed.
Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Experience performing mechanical maintenance in industrial, manufacturing, or heavy equipment environments preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment and make repairs using hand tools.
- Welding or torching experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors for extended periods (8–10 hours daily).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
