CL A Drivers w/3 Mos Exp-Run Dedicated Home Wkly 89-104K

Class A drivers with at least three months of verifiable class a experience (can be local, regional or OTR) run a dedicated account that gets you home every week. Annual pay is $89K to $104K depending on how hard you work and your experience. Drivers are paid CPM and unload pay. THIS IS 100% TOUCH FREIGHT.

Drivers start full benefits after 30 days and includes medical dental 401K PTO and more

Riders and pets are welcome once you start running solo. There is a 1 week ride along for training on the account that pays $150/day. Once you have your own truck a rider and pet are welcome.

Deliveries are made to stores in VA, NC, DC, PA, NH, OH, WV-ALL of which are within 700 miles of Front Royal, VA

Drivers may take the truck home with them but need a secure place to park both the tractor and trailer

Driver pay is $.60-$.73CPM (based on experience) and $250/trailer unload.

Sign on Bonus is $2500 and it is paid out with $250 on first load $250 every 30 days there after through 150 days (except for 90th day which is $500) and then $750 on the 180th day

Driver Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years. Can not count time with trainer or driving instructor. Can be local, regional or OTR
• Clean Record:
• • No more than 1 DOT preventable accident in the last 3 years.
  • No more than 3 total accidents/incidents in the same period.
• Employment History:
• • No more than 4 jobs in the last year , 6 jobs in the last 2 years , or 8 jobs in the last 3 years .
  • If terminated for any reason from your last job, you are ineligible. For safety violations, you must work elsewhere for 6 months before applying.
• Safe Driving:
• • No major moving violations in the last year.
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.

Important Notes:

• Drug Testing: Hair follicle testing is mandatory for orientation—no exceptions.
• DOT Drug Test Failures: If you have ever failed or refused a DOT drug test, you are ineligible for this position.
