Project Coordinator
Camelot Consulting, Inc. is a 30+ year old software development firm located in Charlotte, NC, equipped with a talented staff of software designers, programmers and consultants. We develop, sell and support software for the 3rd party logistics market which includes public warehousing and transportation companies. Our application is developed upon the Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP system.

About this position:
A Project Coordinator is involved with many aspects of providing clients with exceptional customer service. This role is intended to benefit both our staff and our clients by keeping projects organized and on track, as well as aligning expectations along the way.
Duties of a Project Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

New project setup within Project Management tools and Time & Billing system, as well as initial contact to clients for all projects to align expectations from the onset
Internal Project Reviews with all resources to ensure projects are progressing adequately, including effective communication of project expectations and assistance with project escalations (directly with clients, or through other resources when needed, such as managers and client strategy)
Project Charter preparation and Project Kickoff Calls with new clients using Express WMS product
Budget Reporting for Project Managers
Assist with designing and executing operational Improvements, as well as client-facing processes, deliverables, sign-offs, etc.
