Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Ford Certification a plus * ASE Certification a plus but not required * Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus * Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, with a Master Technician certification preferred. * Thorough knowledge of automotive systems, mechanics, and components. * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. * Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
