- Handle high-volume inbound calls to assist clients with their investment needs, including account questions and monetary transactions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of various investment account types—such as IRAs, Individual accounts, and Trusts—and the regulations that govern them.
- Provide clear guidance to clients navigating complex financial challenges, utilizing internal resources and virtual libraries to ensure accuracy
- Exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear, relatable manner.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where solving problems for investors is the primary goal
