Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Location: Durham, North Carolina
Schedule: Mon – Fri, 7:00am – 3:30pm Some Overtime required
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Position Summary
We are seeking Manufacturing Techs for a contract opportunity in Durham. This role offers a strong potential for direct hire with our client. The primary responsibility is to inspect bottles while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute production tasks in accordance with Manufacturing Directions and SOPs
• Operate high-speed, automated production equipment
• Use computer systems and applications as required
• Demonstrate proficiency in manufacturing in 75 days

Quality Assurance

• Complete batch documentation accurately
• Perform and document processes per quality standards
• Maintain a clean organized work environment per GMP
• Operate cleaning equipment and record data using manual or digital systems

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lifting 50–100 lbs. and pushing up to 150lbs.
• May operate motorized pallet jacks or forklifts
• Exposure to chemical hazards, strong odors, and static de-ionizing bars (Note: Individuals with pacemakers must maintain a 21-inch distance)
• Must maintain personal hygiene and wear PPE (hairnet, beard cover, safety glasses, gloves, and lab coat)
