Program Supervisor - Qualified Professional (Peer Support/1915I)

Peer Support Supervisor (QP Required) Location: Charlotte, NC | Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10:30 AM–5:00 PM Pay: $21–$23/hour + performance bonuses Employment Type: Part-Time (In-Person & Field-Based) Lead with Purpose. If you’re a Qualified Professional (QP) with experience leading teams and a heart for recovery work, we invite you to help us empower adults living with serious mental health and substance use challenges.  You’ll oversee a team of Certified Peer Support Specialists and paraprofessionals, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure clients are receiving high-quality, Medicaid-compliant support services. This is not a desk job—this is real, hands-on work with a lasting impact. You’re a strong candidate if you: Are credentialed as a Qualified Professional under NC standards. Have supervised Peer Support or case management teams. Know how to assign caseloads, review PCPs, and monitor Medicaid documentation. Understand the importance of engagement, compliance, and recovery outcomes. Are organized , communicative, and passionate about community-based services. What You’ll Do: Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of Peer Support Specialists. Assign clients and monitor caseloads. Hold weekly team meetings and 1:1 check-ins. Support team morale, professionalism, and accountability. Program Oversight: Monitor service delivery and client progress. Ensure Person-Centered Plans (PCPs) are completed and updated. Coordinate community resources and direct services when needed. Track outcomes and document progress toward goals. Compliance & Quality: Review notes and documentation for Medicaid compliance. Implement improvement strategies based on data. Collaborate with the Clinical Director and Compliance Team for audit readiness. Stay aligned with NC Clinical Coverage Policy 8G. Minimum Qualifications (Must Meet ONE): Master’s in Human Services + 1 year MH/DD/SAS experience. OR Bachelor’s in Human Services + 2 years experience. OR Bachelor’s in other field + 4 years experience.
