TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Home Health RN in Burlington, North Carolina, 27215!
Job Title: Registered Nurse I Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health experience or 1 full year Hospice experience License: Must have license in hand Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have: Proficient in HomeCare HomeBase and Oasis Description: Provides, coordinates, and directs the provision of home nursing care according to physicians' orders. Responsible to Clinical Manager. Directly supervises and evaluates Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses. Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles for home visits, with reliable transportation. Must have a current driver’s license and agency-required liability insurance. Average number of patients per day: 5-10. Contractor is expected to achieve 30 points per week which correlates to roughly 40 hours of work. Each type of visit and activity holds a different point value. Types of cases include start of care, wound care, and follow-up visits. No on-call requirements. All documentation must be completed within 24 hours of the appointment. Delayed and incomplete documentation will impact billing and patient care. Must accept every patient on the schedule regardless of proximity to previous appointments. Local candidates are welcome to apply. No guaranteed hours with this contract.
