JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and edit branded marketing materials using Canva and Adobe InDesign to support commercial and activation team initiatives.
- Ensure visual and messaging consistency across all digital and branded assets.
- Monitor and audit Amazon Brand Registry listings for brand compliance and accuracy.
- Identify unauthorized resellers and potential policy violations.
- Open, track, and manage cases within Amazon Brand Registry to resolve compliance issues.
- Support ongoing content updates, digital initiatives, and brand activation projects as needed.
- Collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders to maintain brand integrity across platforms.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe InDesign (required)
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on brand consistency
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon Brand Registry (preferred)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively within a part-time schedule
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable
- Comfortable navigating digital platforms and clearly reporting issues
- Passion for brand integrity and visual excellence
