MRO Inventory Coordinator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.50 to $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Manage and maintain accurate inventories of MRO products such as tools, chemicals, PPE, and fasteners.
• Assist customers with product research, sourcing, and problem-solving.
• Process and file purchase orders, invoices, and packing slips efficiently.
• Resolve discrepancies and maintain strong relationships with customer personnel.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

MRO Inventory Coordinator Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or MRO product handling preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in computer systems for data entry and recordkeeping.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform basic physical tasks.
