Travel Journey Coordination Advisor
We are seeking a motivated and organized Travel Journey Coordination Advisor to assist clients with planning and coordinating travel arrangements from start to finish. This role focuses on research, communication, and coordination to ensure travel experiences are prepared efficiently and clearly documented.
In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help develop personalized travel itineraries. Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, preparing travel documentation, and maintaining organized planning records.
You will also assist clients with itinerary adjustments, confirmations, and documentation needs when required. This role emphasizes dependable service and careful planning while supporting travelers through every stage of the travel experience.
