Global Director of Technology Partnerships

Raleigh, NC

Who we are

Build a brighter future while learning and growing with a Siemens company at the intersection of technology, community and sustainability. Our global team of innovators is always looking to create meaningful solutions to some of the toughest challenges facing our world. Find out how far your passion can take you.

About the Job

We’re looking for a strategic, collaborative, and results-driven Global Director of Technology Partnerships to own the development of our partner ecosystem. This is a newly created role with high visibility and impact—ideal for someone who thrives in building programs from the ground up. In this role, you will be creating the framework as well as processes for how Brightly will source, prioritize, and manage technology partners. You will then coach, train and work with other parts of the organization to implement this process.

Ultimately you will own the technology partner strategy, relationship management, and revenue outcomes. Your work will directly impact our growth and innovation, as you collaborate across teams and engage with executive leadership both in Brightly and with technology partners.

What You Will Do

• Lead Partner Strategy: Build and scale a global framework for technology partnerships, from sourcing and onboarding to long-term growth.

• Develop Ecosystem Roadmap: Identify high-impact partners, develop business plans, and build financial models that deliver mutual value.

• Define Success: Establish KPIs and launch proof-of-concept initiatives to validate partner solutions with customers.

• Strengthen Relationships: Build trust and alignment with partners to support shared goals and long-term success.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Cybersecurity, and Procurement to deliver coordinated solutions.

• Drive Results: Monitor performance, lead strategic reviews, and communicate program impact to senior leadership.

What you need

• 10+ years of proven experience in partner management, product management, or business development.

• Solid ability to build business cases and negotiate with executive-level partners.

• Strong discernment and a product-oriented approach; technical background is a plus.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Experience managing complex partnerships and delivering measurable results.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives independently.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% domestically; international travel may be required.

• Strong understanding of how to develop business models with partners

What makes you a Standout

• MBA or advanced degree.

• Experience with software partnerships and the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operations) industry.

• Familiarity with partner program frameworks and success metrics.

• Strategic problem solver with a hands-on approach to execution.
