Generative AI Engineers

Job Description:

• Helping build the guardrails for LLM/RAG apps.
• Set up GenAI Ops workflows for monitoring latency, throughput, and safety.
• Use LLMs as Judges and Specialized Models for evaluation (bias, PII, tone, etc.).
• Fine-tune and calibrate models; integrate workflows via LangChain.
• Deploy and scale containerized AI workloads (OpenShift/Kubernetes).
• Build dashboards for AI reliability (Grafana or similar).

Top Skills:

• Hands-on GenAI Ops experience (LLM + RAG in production).
• LangChain framework expertise.
• OpenAI API (chat completions, embeddings).
• Guardrails and observability implementation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00/hr.
