About the Role

We’re hiring a dependable, friendly team member to join our growing real estate media company serving Charlotte, Hickory, and surrounding areas.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working independently, and learning hands-on creative skills in a fast-growing industry.

No photography experience is required. We provide paid training, professional equipment, and a simple step-by-step process designed to help the right person succeed quickly.

What You’ll Do

• Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled appointments
• Capture interior and exterior real estate photos using a structured shot list
• Represent the company professionally with homeowners and real estate agents
• Upload media after each shoot (no editing required)
• Learn additional services over time, including drone photography and video

Most photographers complete 2–4 homes per day depending on the schedule.

Schedule

• Approximately 30 hours per week (varies seasonally)
• Must be available 3–4 weekdays
• Wednesdays strongly preferred
• Most shoots take place Monday–Friday between 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Occasional Saturday availability may be needed

Pay & Compensation

• Paid training at $20/hour
• Pay increases after training based on services performed
• Additional $30 pay per drone shoot once FAA certified
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.30 per mile

Most photographers earn the equivalent of $25–$30/hour once fully trained.
