What You’ll Do as an Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the success of our new location. You’ll work closely with the team to create a welcoming and efficient environment while helping us maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Leading and motivating team members to deliver excellent service.
- Ensuring smooth workflows and addressing any challenges that arise.
- Assisting with inventory, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
- Representing the company’s values and fostering a positive work culture.
