Landscape Crew Leader - CLT

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, highly motivated, and experienced LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE FOREMAN to join our team immediately!

You are a motivated, self-starter who has a great attitude, and is looking for a place to grow. Your experience makes you comfortable overseeing, and managing teams of 2 to 4 people, making sure they execute our landscape maintenance work properly. You are like us, and you want to make sure our clients receive the very best. You will make sure the work is completed with excellence, pride, and attention to detail.

You are experienced in all activities of landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, pruning and spraying. You are also experienced in making sure that work orders are carried out correctly and in a timely manner. You are used to working WITH your team, side-by-side on all landscape activities. Not only are you not afraid to get your hands dirty, but you love the finished product! You have the ability to problem-solve quickly and are always supportive of your team members.

You enjoy communicating in a professional manner directly with customers on-site, and you follow through with customers and project managers. Customer complaints don't scare you, because you see them as an opportunity to make improvements and win customers loyalty. You follow up quickly with project managers to let them know issues have been taken care of. You are comfortable with basic technology and the devices needed to complete daily tasks.

Requirements:

- Must be able to pass drug screen / background check.

- Valid (and clean) NC Driver's License.

- Minimum 1 year experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
