International Tax Compliance Manager (In-House) - Atlanta, GA

This organization currently seeks high calibre international tax minds to help them solve sophisticated international problems and help them to take their business to new heights. With a tax team of circa 300 professionals across 4 US based locations, they currently experience unprecedented growth. We currently seek International Tax Compliance Managers to be based in the organizations Atlanta, GA office. You will be heavily compliance focused and participate in tax position management, planning and business consulting for domestic and international operations.You will review US international income tax returns including Forms 5471, 8865 and 8858. You will support the organization’s subsidiaries on business transactions and internal restructurings. You will be assisting on tax issues surrounding business growth and expansion, acquisitions, divestitures, and investments.
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation or related field, CPA and/or a JD or LL.M. in Taxation. You will have 3+ years’ experience with U.S. international tax matters in compliance and/or consulting, 4+ years’ experience in a corporate income tax role including foreign tax credits and working knowledge of dual consolidated losses, Subpart F, look-thru, GILTI, BEAT and understanding of US international tax attributes.
