Inventory control auditor
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)
- Check specified orders as directed to ensure all requirements are met, including quantity, batch number, material number, special instructions, etc.
- Communicate with inventory control, order pickers, leads and supervisors regarding improvements, discrepancies, and concerns.
- Ensure all random inspection records are prepared in a timely manner and forwarded to QA.
- Become knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the other positions to assist in times of urgency, breaks, absences, or vacation

- The associate may occasionally be required to climb.
- The job may require lifting over 50lbs in some areas but not all.
- Employee must have normal field of vision corrected to 20/40 in each eye and must have hearing sufficient to safely operate MHE in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
Skills & Certifications
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret distribution documents.
- General distribution knowledge.
- Highly proficient in the use of a PC, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and process efficiency skills
- Initiative and drive for results
Eligibilities & qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED, required.
- Experience in Supply Chain and/or Distribution Center Operations, preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with Medical Device regulations, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR 820, preferred.
