Responsibilities:
- Service Writer / Shop Manager
- Greet customers and understand their automotive needs
- Schedule and coordinating with technicians for efficient workflow
- Communicate effectively between customers and technicians
- Provide accurate estimates
- Write repair orders, process payments, keep detailed records.
- Order parts, manage parts returns, answer phones
- Follow up with customer vehicle and keep them updated
- Maintain a clean organized workspace.
Requirements:
- *At lease 2 years experience in an automotive repair, service writer or similar role.
- Strong communication skills and customer service
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- Be honest and transparent with everyone
- knowledge of auto repair processes
- Basic knowledge of tires
- Ability to multitask in fast pace environment
- Teamwork through trust and respect
- Bilingual a plus
