Are you a parent with lived experience navigating behavioral health services for your child and a passion for helping others do the same?
Join Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) as a Family Support Partner on our Wraparound Services team. In this impactful role, you’ll use your own experience to empower families, guide them through complex systems, and support them in becoming strong advocates for their children. The Family Partner uses lived experience raising a child with behavioral health needs to provide one-on-one, strengths-based support to families. As a key member of the Child and Family Team (CFT), the Family Partner empowers caregivers to advocate for themselves, navigate services, and build resiliency. This role involves mentoring families, supporting care coordination, connecting them to community resources, and promoting positive outcomes through collaborative, family-driven planning.
