Plumbing Supervisor (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Pay: $50,000 – $75,000 per year (Depending on experience and licensing)

About the Role

Badger Plumbing Co. is seeking a highly skilled Plumbing Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial plumbing operations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of plumbing experience, excellent leadership skills, and a strong work ethic.

We offer flexible scheduling — this position can be full-time or part-time, with day and evening shifts available, and one weekend per month on call for emergency response.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate plumbing crews and daily job assignments
• Train and mentor plumbers and apprentices to ensure high-quality workmanship
• Conduct inspections and maintain compliance with all plumbing codes and safety standards
• Troubleshoot complex plumbing systems and assist with major repairs or installations
• Manage inventory, tools, and materials for efficient project execution
• Communicate clearly with office staff, customers, and contractors
• Ensure all jobs are completed safely, on time, and to company standards
• Support estimating and project planning as needed

Qualifications

• 10+ years of plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial)
• Journeyman or Master Plumber license (required or ability to obtain)
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay & Schedule

• $50,000 – $75,000 per year, depending on experience and licensing
• Full-time or part-time availability
• Day and evening shifts available
• One weekend per month on call
