Are you a high-energy "people person" looking to break into the real estate industry? We are looking for a motivated, licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Sales Agent.

This isn't a desk job. You won’t be filing paperwork; you’ll be out in the community, meeting new people, showing homes, and helping clients navigate one of the biggest milestones of their lives. We provide the mentorship and the platform—you provide the drive.

What You’ll Do

• Generate Leads: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and following up on team-provided leads.
• Advocate for Clients: Guide buyers and sellers through the entire process, from the first consultation to the closing table.
• Show Homes: Conduct property tours and open houses with a focus on highlighting value and potential.
• Negotiate: Master the art of the deal by drafting offers and negotiating terms that win for your clients.
• Continuous Learning: Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on market trends in the Greensboro/Triad area.

Who You Are

• Licensed (or Proactive): You currently hold an active NC Real Estate license, or you are currently enrolled in/have completed pre-licensing courses.
• A Natural Communicator: You can talk to anyone, anywhere. You’re persuasive, empathetic, and professional.
• Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using CRMs, social media, and mobile apps to stay organized on the go.
• Resilient: You aren't afraid of "no." You view challenges as opportunities to find a solution.
• Self-Starter: You have a "business owner" mindset and the discipline to manage your own schedule.
