Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician – Pediatric Autism Therapy
Fayetteville / Lumberton, NC
$18–$22 per hour
Full-Time | Afternoon Availability Required
A New Leaf Therapeutic Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing ABA therapy team.
Our clinicians provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism across home, clinic, school, and community settings. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children to help them develop communication, social, and life skills that support independence and long-term success.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental challenges
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising clinicians
• Record and track therapy data during sessions
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
• Maintain professional communication with families and team members
ABA therapy sessions may occur in several settings, including:
• Client homes
• Clinic playrooms
• Schools or daycare settings
• Community environments
Required
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background checks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Availability to work with clients until at least 5:30 PM
Preferred
• Experience working with children
• Interest in psychology, behavioral science, or special education
Candidates must obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential within three weeks of hire.
