Business Control Specialist

Position Summary Looking for a candidate with 3 years of experience in risk management, audit, compliance, or a combination of each. They should understand technical topics such as change management, application development and lifecycle, technology controls. Role Responsibilities • Ensures execution and delivery meet the client’s expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. • Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery – e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. • Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple teams. • Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables. • interacts with business lines, control, and governance groups in order to gain understanding of business processes and controls. • Complies with corporate standards and regulatory requirements. • Identifies deficiencies, discusses with line management, and initiates recommendations Required Qualifications • Teamwork and outstanding communication skills • MS Office - particularly excel • Risk Management experience • Technical Documentation experience • Automation experience • Issue Management experience • Project Management experience

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $46.00 - $46.00/hr.
