Construction Project Manager (Eagle Rock)

TRCTalent is working alongside a global energy/power manufacturer that is seeking a Sr. Project Manager – Sustainability Solutions. This person will lead turnkey projects that integrate sustainable energy technologies—such as solar, battery storage, fuel cells, and EV infrastructure commercial work. This role manages all project phases, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery while maintaining the firm's and zero-harm standards. This is a fully remote role that requires up to 40% travel within the US. Projects range from $5M - $120M.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full project lifecycle: budget, schedule, risk, quality, and safety.

Lead cross-functional and site project teams; provide coaching, performance reviews, and development.

Oversee logistics, construction readiness, and commissioning activities.

Coordinate with engineering teams for constructability and materials availability.

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Ensure solutions meet technical, performance, and scalability requirements.

Collaborate with sales and proposal teams on pre-sales activities and project handovers.

Communicate project status, risks, and results to leadership and key stakeholders.

Stay current on emerging sustainability and electrification technologies.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

Ability to manage project budget

Experience

10+ years of project management experience, including turnkey construction

Preferred

Experience with capex/structured-financed sustainable projects (PV, BESS, EV charging, fuel cells, microgrids).

Background in civil, electrical, or general contracting project management.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and virtual team leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple suppliers/subcontractors and travel as required.

Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency with Salesforce (SieOps), Autodesk, Microsoft Office, Project, Teams, and Dynamics.

Knowledge of NEC, IBC, IFC codes, and industry best practices.
