Bilingual Dispatcher *REMOTE* – Towing Company (Customer Service Focused)
Location: Remote-but local to Charlotte NC for onsite training. Zip Code is 28269
Job Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:
Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls, including from individuals whose vehicles have been non-consensually towed.
Provide clear, empathetic, and professional communication in both English or Spanish.
Dispatch tow trucks efficiently using GPS and dispatch software.
Coordinate with drivers, property managers, and law enforcement as needed.
De-escalate tense conversations with patience and professionalism.
Maintain accurate records of calls, tows, and customer interactions.
