Position: HVAC Service Manager

Salary: $30-$45/HR ($62,400-$93,600/YR)

Position Overview:

As the HVAC Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our HVAC service department. You will work closely with our team of technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of service calls and projects. You will also be responsible for managing the department budget, maintaining inventory levels, and developing and implementing strategies to improve department efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed

- Schedule and assign service calls and projects to technicians, ensuring timely and efficient completion

- Monitor and track technician performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service

- Manage department budget and expenses, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness

- Maintain inventory levels and order necessary equipment and supplies as needed

- Develop and implement strategies to improve department efficiency and profitability

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations and codes

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall company performance and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred

- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HVAC software

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- EPA certification preferred
