As a **Security Guard - Full Time Patrol Driver** in **Vance, AL** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent auto location, you will monitor entrances, check credentials, and conduct routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide a welcoming presence, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain clear communication with visitors and team members. This driving post requires a valid driver's license. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies while assisting visitors and employees at the location.
+ Monitor and control access to designated areas to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or activity.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter prohibited activities and identify potential concerns.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with individuals at the location, providing guidance and information as needed.
+ Maintain detailed records and logs of access control activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and the client site.
+ Support emergency response activities as directed by site policies and Allied Universal guidelines.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
