Commercial Real Estate Attorney
We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join a growing practice in North Carolina. This role will support a range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing matters.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with drafting and reviewing purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents
- Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review
- Support closings and coordinate with clients, lenders, and opposing counsel
- Provide general transactional support on commercial real estate matters
Qualifications:
- 5 years of commercial real estate or related transactional xrczosw experience
- Active North Carolina law license (required)
- Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
