Operations Marketing Manager

True Homes
Monroe, NC

:

The Marketing Operations Manager is a highly organized, brand-centric leader responsible for ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across all marketing execution channels. This role is pivotal in safeguarding the integrity of the True Homes brand—from physical signage to public relations—and ensuring that all external-facing materials reflect the company's purpose, values, and market positioning.

Additionally, this individual will create and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that govern marketing execution, project workflows, event operations, and vendor management. As a proactive problem solver and process builder, the Marketing Operations Manager ensures that internal teams and external partners are aligned, efficient, and empowered to deliver at a high standard.

The ideal candidate will embrace AI tools and marketing automation as core enablers of scale and quality, and will bring a passion for cross-functional collaboration, tactical precision, and results-based accountability.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution and Workflow Optimization

  • Develop and manage marketing project plans and processes using collaboration tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Power BI, Meta Business Suite, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, & sometimes Premier Pro), Microsoft Planner, Mailchimp, and Teams.
  • Implement campaign workflows to support product launches, community openings, promotions, and events.
  • Ensure marketing calendar is integrated across internal departments to align with sales and construction milestones.
  • Establish SLAs and workflow best practices for creative requests, print production, signage, and digital campaigns.

Operational Marketing: Community Openings, Signage, Displays & Event Support

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of community grand openings, including event logistics, signage installation, collateral deployment, and traffic-driving strategies.
  • Coordinate with construction, design, and sales teams to ensure marketing readiness of new communities prior to public release.
  • Manage inventory and installation schedules of all physical signage—community entry monuments, directional signs, and home-site signage.
  • Oversee model home displays, branded environments, and community signage to ensure consistent, impactful presentation aligned with brand standards.
  • Support field marketing efforts with timely delivery of materials and on-site presence during key events.
  • Maintain vendor relationships for signage production, event rentals, and promotional materials.
  • Develop and manage a master database of signage assets and event schedules for cross-team visibility.

Public Relations Oversight

  • Serve as the internal point person for all PR-related initiatives, collaborating with external agencies and media contacts.
  • Coordinate and distribute press releases related to community launches, charitable events, company milestones, and associate recognitions.
  • Ensure a consistent, values-driven brand voice across earned media, editorial coverage, award submissions, and public-facing announcements.
  • Monitor PR campaign impact, media impressions, and sentiment analysis using appropriate tools and dashboards.
  • Partner with executive leadership and marketing creative teams to identify compelling story angles aligned with the True Homes mission and purpose.
  • Support reputation management efforts during times of public inquiry, community disruption, or crisis communication.

Data and Performance Analytics

  • Monitor and report marketing KPIs including cost-per-lead, conversion rate, traffic sources, digital engagement, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to maintain integrity in lead routing, CRM attribution, and pipeline performance.
  • Build custom dashboards and data visualization tools to track results and forecast campaign impact.
  • Manage periodic reporting for executive leadership and drive actionable insights for optimization.

Budget and Vendor Management

  • Oversee marketing budget tracking, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, print vendors, and freelance creatives.
  • Ensure proper budgeting of recurring and project-based initiatives across paid media, collateral, signage, and PR.
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews of vendors and negotiate service-level improvements.

Process Automation and AI Integration

  • Deploy AI-powered solutions for campaign personalization, chatbots, SEO, email workflows, content creation, and customer data enrichment.
  • Lead internal education and champion a culture of digital innovation within the marketing team.
  • Reduce manual workload through the implementation of task automation tools (Zapier, Make, ChatGPT integrations).
  • Work cross-functionally to explore how AI can support client experience from marketing through post-sale.

Compliance, SOPs, and Brand Consistency

  • Create, document, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all repeatable marketing processes.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all physical, digital, and experiential touchpoints—from community signage to press releases to event collateral.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards (e.g., MLS, RESPA) and internal governance policies.
  • Conduct routine audits of campaigns, vendor output, and field signage to ensure accuracy and brand adherence

Results/Accountability:

  • Timeliness and brand consistency of signage and community opening readiness.
  • Execution of public relations campaigns and volume of earned media placements.
  • SOP creation and adoption across internal stakeholders.
  • Reduction in marketing cycle times and improved campaign delivery accuracy.
  • Increased lead-to-appointment and appointment-to-sale conversions.
