Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver
Candidates who have earned a Class A CDL and are seeking to build driving experience can join an expanding regional fleet based in Greensboro, NC. The paid training program is designed for recent CDL school graduates who want to learn from experienced mentors, develop highway confidence, and begin earning promptly.
- Pay: $1,600–$1,800+ weekly
- Paid weekly payroll (paid every Friday)

Job overview:
- Predictable regional routes originating from the Greensboro area
- Approximately 3,000 miles per week
- No-touch dry van freight
- Majority of loads are drop-and-hook
- New automatic tractors issued to each driver
- No slip seating
- 24/7 dispatch support
- Flexible home-time options: weekly or every other week
Training program:
- Drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction are eligible for paid training
- Assigned mentor during training to emphasize safety and on-road experience
- Program structured to prepare drivers for independent regional operations
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 120 hours of CDL school instruction
- Satisfactory driving record
- Must meet DOT medical and hiring requirements
- Availability to begin as soon as possible
