Compensation: $40K base salary + uncapped commission

Typical first-year earnings: $70K–$100K+ (base + commission)

About the Role:

We’re hiring entry-level and early-career professionals with sales or customer-facing experience to join our team as Recruiters focused on the Medical Device industry .

This is a 180 recruiter role , where you’ll focus on building relationships with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process, and developing expertise in a high-growth, recession-resistant market.

No prior recruiting experience required. Training provided.

What You’ll Do

• Source and connect with candidates in the Medical Device space
• Build relationships with sales reps, clinical specialists, and engineers
• Manage candidates through interviews and offers
• Provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process
• Partner with senior recruiters on active roles

Compensation & Benefits

• Typical first-year earnings: $70K–$100K+ (base + commission)
