Hot Tub and Sauna Service Technician

Basic plumbing and electrical experience is a plus.

Understanding how plumbing, electrical, & mechanical systems work is a must.

Must be experienced using multimeter and basic hand tools.

Clean Driving Record Required.

We are a hot tub and sauna retailer, and are hiring a service technician to travel around the Charlotte Metro area servicing the products we sell.

Must have good customer service skills.

Must be detail oriented and thorough. You will be expected to make detailed notes about everything you do, including part #s used and part #s that we need to order.

We have a good system here and will teach it to you, but you must must must be detail oriented and thorough.

We provide a company vehicle for work related travel. You will be expected to maintain the vehicle, keep it clean and organized and stocked with most commonly used parts on a daily basis.

You must work in conjunction with the hot tub service manager to make sure everything is addressed that needs to be addressed with the customer.
