Full-Desk Perm Recruiter (Direct Hire) Hybrid Schedule

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Full-Desk Perm Recruiter to manage the end-to-end direct-hire placement process. You will be working with a highly lucrative candidate pool—from 2-year CPAs up to CFOs—while simultaneously managing and building your own client portfolio.

This role offers a hybrid schedule: Monday through Thursday in the Uptown office and remote on Fridays.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the entire lifecycle from sourcing high-caliber Accounting & Finance talent to securing new job orders and closing direct-hire placements.

• Move away from low-level transactional work. You will focus on enterprise-wide relationships and expand the firm's footprint across A&F, HR, Marketing, and Business Transformation.

• Work closely with the Direct Hire Perm Team Leader to ensure consistent candidate flow and maintain transparent, proactive updates with clients—no "crickets" here.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proven track record in a full-desk agency recruitment environment, ideally within Accounting & Finance or professional services.
• Self-motivated and comfortable with a hands-off, outcomes-focused management style. The firm honors non-competes and values professional integrity.
