General Manager - Full-Service Restaurant - No Late Nights!

Salary $75k - $85k

Chapel Hill, NC

Are you a passionate and experienced leader with a love for great food and exceptional service? We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our full-service restaurant.

As the General Manager, you will be the heart of our operations, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience. You will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, from the front-of-house (FOH) to the back-of-house (BOH), and inspire our team to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Lead by example, fostering a positive and professional work environment. Motivate, coach, and guide your team to deliver outstanding service and quality.

Daily Operations: Manage all day-to-day activities to ensure a seamless and efficient flow of service. Be a visible presence on the floor, engaging with guests and supporting your staff.

Financial Management: Oversee the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, P\&L management, cost control, and sales forecasting to maximize profitability.

Staffing & Training: Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training and development for all team members.

Food Safety & Quality: Uphold the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene. Ensure all food and beverages meet our quality standards.

FOH & BOH Fluency: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of both front-of-house service and back-of-house kitchen operations to effectively manage and support all departments.

Maintenance: Ensure the restaurant is well-maintained, clean, and safe, coordinating repairs and upkeep as needed.
