Contract Corporate Recruiter

Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced Contract Corporate Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team at a leading healthcare non-profit organization. This is a 4-6 month contract, fully remote role is responsible for managing the full life cycle recruitment process for non-clinical case managers and administrative support staff. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, independent approach to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent under tight deadlines. Must live in NC.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-clinical and administrative roles, including intake calls, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
2. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage qualified candidates.
3. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines.
4. Coordinate and conduct initial interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
5. Facilitate offer processes including preparation, negotiation, and extension of offers.
6. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
7. Ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for new hires.
8. Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. Minimum of 3–5 years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably within large or matrixed organizations.
3. Proven expertise in full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
4. Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing platforms.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Must be a resident of North Carolina.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience recruiting for non-clinical roles in the healthcare sector.
2. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
