Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced Cath Lab Technicians specializing in advanced cardiac imaging and interventional procedures. The role demands expertise in handling complex cardiac cases including chest pain, vascular issues, ablations, and pacemaker placements. Candidates with strong aseptic techniques and proficiency in sheath pulling, TR band management, and cardiac rhythm interpretation will excel in this position.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Cardiac/Cath Lab procedures
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT, or RCIS required
• Proven competency with IABP and Impella devices (mandatory)
• Demonstrated knowledge of aseptic technique, sheath pulling, TR band placement/removal, line securement, and EKG/cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Experience working with patients presenting chest pain, vascular conditions, ablations, and PPM insertion

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cardiac catheterization procedures with precision and care
• Utilize EMR systems (EPIC) and department-specific technologies such as Merge and Hemo for diagnostics and patient documentation
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile protocols and equipment handling
• Collaborate effectively with departmental leadership to deliver quality patient care
• Participate in a 3-4 day comprehensive orientation including both facility and departmental training

This is a contract opportunity in Concord, NC. Flexible for candidates willing to travel or relocate. Scrubs provided (navy or green surgical). Free parking available on-site.
