Nature First Holdings, LLC is excited to announce the opening for an Exterior Cleaning Crew Lead. This full-time position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent results in exterior cleaning services and leading a team to execute high-quality work. The role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors and taking on leadership responsibilities. As a key component of our operations team, the Crew Lead will have the opportunity to impact our services directly and enhance client satisfaction. This is not a remote job; our crew leads are hands-on, working directly on-site to ensure project goals are met effectively and safely.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Crew Leadership: Direct and manage a team of technicians, delegating tasks and ensuring projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Project Execution: Perform and supervise exterior cleaning services, including power washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, window cleaning, and other related services.
• Customer Interaction: Serve as the on-site point of contact for customers, communicating clearly and professionally about job details, progress, and results.
• Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to company standards and customer expectations.
• Safety Oversight: Enforce all safety protocols, including proper use of equipment, chemicals, ladders, and harnesses where applicable.
• Equipment Management: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot pressure washers, pumps, hoses, and related cleaning equipment. Report maintenance needs as required.
• Training & Development: Mentor crew members by providing training on best practices, safety, and efficient techniques.
• Scheduling & Reporting: Track daily work, crew hours, and job progress. Provide updates to management and document completed work with photos when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in exterior cleaning (pressure washing, soft washing, roof/gutter cleaning, or similar services) required.
• Prior leadership or crew management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of cleaning solutions and eco-friendly methods is a plus.
