Program Overview: 

Our growing company is seeking college students and recent graduates to join our Internship Program at our Charlotte branch. This program provides a variety of experiences across the landscape industry, including: 

• Landscape Maintenance 

• Landscape Construction & Enhancements 

• Client Relationship Management (CRM / Sales) 

• Business Development 

• Irrigation / Water Management 

• Floriculture 

What You’ll Do 

• Gain hands-on experience in both field and office operations. 

• Explore different roles across branch-level operations and sales teams. 

• Work alongside experienced professionals and grow your professional skillset. 

• Participate in team projects, shadow key departments, and learn industry best practices. 

Requirements 

• Interested in learning all aspects of the landscape industry. 

• Can-do attitude with a strong work ethic. 

• Clean driving record. 

• Strong communication skills. 

Compensation & Benefits 

• Competitive hourly wage $ 14.50 - $ 19.50 HR
