Overnight Security & Maintenance Technician

Join our team as a Security & Maintenance Technician in Wendell, NC.
This is an overnight position.
This position plays a key role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-performing manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:
- Maintain security of the plant, equipment, and facilities to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support production operations, including overnight tasks such as plasma cleaning, soldering cables, and other production-related activities as required.
- Conduct inspections and audits for safety, emergency preparedness, 6S standards, and supplies management.
- Support overall operations as needed to ensure seamless daily startup and continuous production flow.
- Implement and maintain maintenance programs while complying with corporate and legal requirements.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and team performance.

REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or technical certificate preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on technical skills.
- Safety-conscious with EHS knowledge considered a plus.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality operational standards.
