Remote Travel Experience Assistant
As a Remote Travel Experience Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting clients from the moment they start planning until they return home. Your mission is to ensure every journey is smooth and stress-free by helping with reservations, answering questions, managing updates, and providing reliable guidance. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized support that meets their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to client inquiries through email, phone, and online platforms.
• Support clients with itinerary changes, cancellations, and general questions.
• Share clear information about destinations and travel requirements.
• Confirm trip details, provide pre-departure support, and follow up after travel.
• Handle concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
