Dentist needed in Wilmington, NC
ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are seeking a General Dentist to join a thriving private practice located in Wilmington, NC. This is currently a solo-doctor practice looking for a motivated “practice builder” to help expand patient care and drive growth in the community.
4-day work week
General dentistry with strong demand for comprehensive care
Implant placement is highly valued (office is already equipped with a panoramic unit)
6 operatories with experienced support staff, including a hygienist and four dental assistants
Patient base is primarily fee-for-service and insurance
Opportunities for a provider skilled in extractions, endodontics, and implant dentistry
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Daily minimum with transition to 30–32% of adjusted production
Paid time off, including holidays
