What You Bring to the Table:
We’re seeking a motivated, experienced professional who embodies the following qualities:
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
- A proven track record of mentoring, inspiring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Expertise in kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and food safety compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished approach to customer service and conflict resolution.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to implement strategies and meet performance metrics.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Degree or certification in hospitality management (preferred but not essential).
Your Role as Kitchen Manager
As our Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading our kitchen operations and delivering unforgettable guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Leading and inspiring your team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
- Enforcing company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Managing inventory, controlling food and labor costs, and driving profitability.
- Addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to uphold exceptional service standards.
- Collaborating with the General Manager to develop growth strategies and operational improvements.
- Recruiting, training, and scheduling staff to build and maintain a top-performing team.
