🔥 HVAC diagnostics & repair – Tackle both commercial and residential systems with confidence and creativity.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
✔ 2+ years of HVAC or commercial refrigeration service experience
✔ Knowledge of mechanical and energy codes, plus repair best practices
✔ Clear, respectful communication skills
✔ Ability to build trust with clients and team members
✔ Efficiency in diagnostics and repair of HVAC & refrigeration systems
✔ Passion for learning and energy-efficient solutions
✔ Valid driver’s license
✔ Ability to work independently and on a team
✔ Excellent customer service skills
✔ Physically able to lift heavy equipment
✔ Willingness to join our after-hours on-call rotation

Bonus Points (aka Desired Traits):
🔧 Experience with parallel rack, cascade, or scientific refrigeration systems
📦 Strong organizational skills for truck stock & service calls
💻 Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software
🍽️ Background in restaurant or rack refrigeration
🧊 Experience assembling walk-in coolers & freezers
