What You'll Do

• Own the monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Drive corporate expense budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Deliver meaningful financial insights to senior leadership — not just numbers, but the story behind them
• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and reporting in support of key business decisions
• Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders on planning and reporting initiatives
• Champion process improvements that increase accuracy, efficiency, and close cycle speed
• Support budgeting and planning system maintenance and enhancements
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and GAAP standards

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience; public accounting background strongly preferred
• CPA license (or active candidate) highly valued
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP/accounting systems
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate financial results clearly
• Experience with budgeting or FP&A tools is a plus
