ServiceNow Developer- 7 month REMOTE contract- 749811
This is a request for a contractor with specific skills in support of ServiceNow and the multiple projects served from it. This position request is for a contractor with specific skills in support of the ServiceNow Customer Service Management(CSM) application and IT Service Management (ITSM) application projects using ServiceNow. The applicant requires senior level ServiceNow developer skills along with customer interface skills to gather requirements and design a complex solution to meet business needs. Certification in ServiceNow is highly desired. Experience required:
7 years experience with ServiceNow development and/or administration
Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor using functionality such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs)
Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor such as notifications and reporting
Proficient in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, Agile and Scrum methodologies
Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM)
Experience building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems leveraging REST, SOAP, and other APIs
