We’re hiring cheerful, motivated, and reliable team members to join our Candy Crew across several Life is Sweet locations in the Charlotte metro area !

If you love people, candy, and making every customer’s day a little brighter—we want you on our team.

Now hiring for locations in:

• Camp North End
• Charlotte Simon Premium Outlets

Store Hours: 12 PM – 8/9 PM Closed Mondays

Base Pay + Tips: ($15-$20 per hour)

Your Responsibilities:

• Greet every guest with a smile and make them feel welcome
• Help customers find their favorite treats (and discover new ones!)
• Keep the store sparkling clean and organized
• Run the register, handle payments, and follow cash procedures
• Restock inventory and prep for busy times
• Problem-solve with grace if issues come up
• Show up on time and ready to go
